Curtis Giddings - CEO
Curtis Giddings is a seasoned entrepreneur with a deep foundation in canine care, business operations, and environmental services. His journey began in 2009 at Paws & Tails, where he started as a regular employee. By 2012, through dedication and hard work, Curtis purchased the business from the original owner and expanded it into the thriving operation it is today. He is currently developing the brand's second location, demonstrating his long-term vision and structured approach to growth. With 35+ years of dog breeding experience, Curtis brings generational knowledge and hands-on expertise to every aspect of canine behavior, care, and development. He completed formal dog-training school early in his career and has continued to invest in his craft - returning to training in the last year to sharpen his skillset and expand Paws & Tails' service offerings. Curtis also holds over 30 years of experience in the cleaning and janitorial industry, including hands-on work and operational management. This background naturally positioned him for leadership in Ashflow Distributors. His understanding of odor control, environmental safety, and maintenance aligns directly with Ashflow's mission to introduce organic, biodegradable, next-generation odor-defense products. Today, Curtis serves as the CEO for both Paws & Tails and Ashflow Distributors, combining decades of experience across canine care, facility operations, business ownership, and environmental services into a strong, stable leadership foundation.
Joe Silva Sr. - Vice President of Sales
With over 20 years of experience in sales and operations, I bring a seasoned background from managing a multi-million-dollar jewelry business to leading logistics and safety coordination at Amazon. I've also headed sales teams in mitigation and restoration industries. Currently relocating from Georgia back to New Jersey, I'm focused on driving Ashflow's sales strategy forward with a strong foundation in both customer relationships and operational excellence.
Larry Summers - Chief Financial Officer
Larry brings over 36 years of field expertise as a PS lineman and troubleshooter, with a career built on precision, safety, and operational leadership. After retiring from frontline utility work, he continued his impact as a construction supervisor consultant for PSE&G, where he oversaw major infrastructure projects and ensured compliance, efficiency, and high-level project coordination. His decades of hands-on experience, combined with his management background, give him a rare blend of technical depth and financial discipline - making him the steady, strategic backbone of Ashflow Distribution.
